Review Reviewed By Valerie Rouse for Readers' Favorite The Legacy of Tallow Manor is intriguing. It spans a few continents the main characters were physically poles apart I love the fact that author Terence. J. Goodchild was able to trace the issues of war and slavery in a tasteful manner. The contrast between the genteel, aristocratic life and the working class is quite dramatic. This indicates that life can be truly unpredictable. The ironic twist where the two main characters switched in their social standing is proof of the creative genius of the author. I loved the plot feature in this story. "Great story." by kevin churchouse Really enjoyed this book. The author has created a brilliant story of childhood love, sad and tragic events but mixed with many happy moments and humour and a storyline that takes the reader from England to Australia New Zealand and Greece. There were times when it almost brought me to tears, but also times when I laughed out loud. In my honest opinion this story could be made into a T.V. series. It is that good! My best wishes to the author for writing such a brilliant story.
From the Author I love writing this book as I had visited many stately houses while living in the UK, and when I went inside I was in wonderment on how these people lived and wondered what it was like, and when I went to Australia and learned about convicts that arrived from the UK I put the thoughts into a book and here it is

By Rebecca Lee I agree with the editorial review that this book could be made into a great TV series.I have also always been in love with stories where you have people who are close as children but adulthood and the forces of the world pull them apart. Yet those early relationships impact them.The reunion with the actual people would bring them full circle and whole. This common experience is at the heart of this expertly told story.

I was not sure would because the cover reminded me of a black and white movie. But I was very presently surprised that the characters were well written and the story one was intriguing. * I received this book from the author in exchange for an honest review*
