About the Author About the Author Lisa Prysock lives in scenic, rural Kentucky near many horse farms and rolling land. She is happily married to her husband of seventeen years, Robert, who is very supportive of her writing dreams. She homeschools two children: a son, Aaron, and daughter, Courtney. Her son Nicholas is a college student and her two stepdaughters, Adrienne and Amanda, are grown. They have an English Cocker Spaniel named Miles Oliver and a cat, Tabitha. Lisa has three sisters, and two brothers. She spent part of her childhood growing up on a northern Minnesota farm and has many happy memories from that time in her life. She also grew up in the Ohio Valley near her grandparents. Their ministry greatly impacted her life. She is very active in her church and loves working with the children and youth. She can often be found assisting, writing or directing a Christmas program or attempting to choreograph a human video with the youth. Some of her favorite activities include: family time, sewing, crochet, cross stitching, reading, sketching, scrapbooking, cooking, gardening, walking, swimming and working out-- when she is not writing. She loves all things old fashioned and serving Christ through her writing. By Ora Carmichael Abigails Melody.....a sequel or book two of Hannah's Garden....keeps you turning pages....remember this is victorian times....and we find Hannah's younger sister Abigail in a very disturbing situation....and we have a visit from England who is Hannah's neighbor....a Viscount!!! Abigail is going to England to live with her sister.....a shipboard romance.....a kidnapping.....it just keeps the pages turning....Lisa is becoming a great author and I look forward to reading more of her books.....try it....you will like it for sure!!!!!
